Please note that in order to use the call recording feature with REKK, you will need to enable three-way calling. We recommend reaching out to your mobile carrier to request that this feature be activated for you. It's important to keep in mind that not all carriers offer three-way calling to their customers.

1. How does REKK work?
   REKK records phone calls by utilizing the three-way conference calling feature provided by your mobile carrier. The app silently listens to the conversation and captures both parties' dialogue until you conclude the call.
2. Are calls recorded automatically?
   No, the application records calls by creating a three-way conference call. To ensure a call is recorded, simply merge the calls into one conference.
3. How many recordings can I make?
   You can create an unlimited number of recordings.
4. How long can each recording be?
   The duration of each recording is unlimited, allowing for as much time as necessary.
5. My "Merge Calls" button isn't functioning correctly. What should I do?
   REKK records calls by initiating a conference call between yourself, the person you intend to record, and our service number which records the call. To establish this conference call, your mobile carrier must support three-way conference calling. If the "Merge Calls" button is not working, please contact your carrier and request the activation of three-way conference calling on your line. Once enabled, the "Merge Calls" button will function as intended.
6. Is it possible to share my recordings on social networks?
   Yes, you can share your recordings through various social networks. Simply navigate to the "Recordings" section, select the desired recording, and tap the "share" icon located in the top-right corner of the screen. From there, you can share recordings via SMS, Viber, WhatsApp, or copy them to popular services like Dropbox, Evernote, and Google Drive.
